🍗 Chicken with Herb Cream Sauce, Mashed Potatoes & Glazed Carrots

1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
Mashed Potatoes 🥔
800 g potatoes
50 g butter
100 ml warm milk
Salt & nutmeg
Glazed Carrots 🥕
400 g baby carrots
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp honey or brown sugar
Salt & parsley
Instructions
Season chicken with paprika, salt & pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden, then remove.
In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, then broth, cream, mustard, and herbs. Simmer until creamy, return chicken, and cook until done.
Boil potatoes until soft, mash with butter and milk, season with salt & nutmeg.
Steam carrots, then glaze in butter and honey.
Plate mashed potatoes, carrots, and chicken, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with parsley.
