INSTRUCTIONS:
Use a butter knife to spread softened butter over TWO flour tortillas, covering them all the way to the edge. Load each buttered tortilla with a generous amount of shredded cheese and then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Stack the two cheese loaded tortillas on top of each other, and place in a preheated 375° air fryer for approximately 5 minutes. Keep an eye on it! Pull it out as soon as the cheese turns a deep golden brown color with crispy edges. Allow it to cool for a minute or two and then slice with a pizza cutter into individual servings.
