Line a 15 cup bundt pan with plastic wrap making sure the pieces are big enough to hang over the edges.
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, both cheeses, green onion, bacon, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bacon grease.
To the bottom of the prepared bundt pan add the toppings ( bacon, green onion, and pecans.
Spoon dip over the toppings, lightly press down, cover with hanging over the sides plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Remove plastic wrap from the top of the dip, flip onto a platter, remove remaining plastic wrap.
Fill the center with jam. Serve with crackers.
