Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
2. Cut the biscuits into quarters (or smaller bite-sized pieces if you prefer).
3. Melt the butter in a small bowl.
4. In another bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
5. Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
6. Place coated biscuit bites on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
