- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp organic tomato paste
- 1 tbsp calabrian chili paste add more or less depending on your spice preference
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2&1/2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- parmesan freshly grated optional garnish
