Instructions :

3. In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a foamy mixture.
4. Add the flour and a pinch of salt, then pour the milk gradually whisk until it gets a smooth dough.
5. Pour the preparation over the apples and bake for 40-45 minutes, until the flan is golden brown and well coated.
6. Let sit, sprinkle with icing sugar if desired, and serve.
