Follow these instructions and your basil will stay fresh for over a week.
- Remove basil from plastic sleeve;
- Trim 3cm / 1.2″ off the stem;
- Stick it in a glass with water;
- Keep it on the counter in a bright area but away from direct sunlight.
Change the water every few days. Treat it like you would a vase of flowers!
