Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken slices with lemon pepper seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and no longer pink in the center, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Make the Lemon Cream Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce begins to thicken, about 5 minutes.
Mix in grated Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper.
Combine and Serve:
Toss the cooked pasta with the lemon cream sauce. Slice the cooked chicken and arrange on top of the pasta.
