Ingredients :
- 1 Cup of Hot Water (8 oz)
- Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon of Lemon juice
- Honey – 1 teaspoon
How to make and Use :
Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds in a cup of water and bring it to boil. Let it brew for 5 minutes before turning it off. Strain the water and add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Stir well and drink it.

Take the mixture in the morning right when you wake up and wait 30 minutes before having your breakfast meal.
