1. Mix All Ingredients
In a bowl or jar, whisk together all ingredients until well combined.

2. Marinate the Steak

Place steaks in a large zip-top bag or shallow container.

Pour marinade over the steak, ensuring it’s fully coated.

Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 4–8 hours. Do not exceed 24 hours (especially with thinner cuts), as the acid can break down the meat too much.
